Officers were dispatched to Fisher Hall South in response to a stolen bicycle tire. Officers made contact with the victim who stated the bicycle tire was stolen between 20 JUL 2019 and 21 JUL 2019 Officers took a statement from the victim, and encouraged them to file a report with the Tulsa Police Department.
