Officers were dispatched to Fisher West lobby in reference to an abandoned phone. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the reporting party whom surrendered the phone. He advised the phone had been found around 2300 on 12 JULY 2019. The phone was impounded for safe keeping.

UPDATE 15 JULY 2019, 1:30 p.m.: Property returned to owner.
