Officers made contact with an individual, after reports of him and another individual attempting to enter the Donald Reynolds Center. One of the individuals couldn’t articulate clearly why they were on campus and the other individual refused to speak with officers and left campus. The remaining individual was trespass warned and escorted off campus. At approximately 1445 hours, the individual returned and was cited for trespassing by Tulsa Police.
