Officers noticed Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) at the Reynolds Center Lot. Officers made contact with a visitor parking attendant for an event at the Reynolds Center who informed officers of a medical issue in the Reynolds Center Lot. Officers attempted to obtain further information about the individual involved but were denied by EMSA. The unknown individual was transported by EMSA.
