Officers observed a female acting suspiciously while walking towards McFarlin Library. The individual entered McFarlin Library through the North entrance. Officers attempted to make contact with the individual, but could not locate them. Officers asked library staff if they saw the individual walk through. The library staff denied seeing the individual matching the description.
