Officers were dispatched to Hardesty Hall in regards to an individual having a medical emergency. Upon arrival, EMSA paramedics were conducting an initial assessment of the individual. The reporting party advised that the individual complained of labored breathing and severe congestion. EMSA took the individual en route to Hillcrest Hospital.
