Officers came across a large leak on the 3rd floor of Phillips Hall. The leak occurred sometime between 2300 hours and 0600 hours. The on duty engineer was contacted. The engineer arrived and began investigating the cause of the leak. Janitorial staff was contacted to clean up the mess.
