Officers were dispatched to the West Park Apartments in response to an unknown suspect stealing a yellow bicycle from the east side of the building. Upon arrival, officers found the yellow bicycle at the eastern exit of the complex. Officers searched the area but were unsuccessful in locating the suspect. The bicycle was moved back to its original spot and officers left without further incident.
