Officers were dispatched to the emergency blue phone closest to The Kappa Delta Sorority. Officers made contact with a non University of Tulsa affiliate who stated their phone had been stolen and they had tracked it to the Delta Delta Delta Sorority. The individual had not filed a report with the Tulsa Police Department and had no form of identification. Officers provided the individual with the non emergency number for TPD to file a report.
