Officers observed a non-TU affiliate yelling to themselves in the 4th and Harvard Shuttle Lot. Officers conducted a pedestrian check on the individual. The Communications Center checked the individual for prior contact and active warrants, which returned with one prior contact from 2017 and no active warrants. The individual was trespass warned and left the property. A contact card was created.
