Officers on patrol noticed an individual laying on the sidewalk at the corner of 7th st and Gary Ave. Officers spoke with the individual, who was intoxicated. While speaking with the individual it was determined he was the guest of a student. The student and his guest were cooperative and both parties went to the students residence for the night.
