Officers were dispatched to the West Park apartments on report of an irate individual attempting to enter the University owned portion of the complex. The individual had become irate due to being denied entry by the Communications Center, who were unable to confirm that they were a resident. The individual wandered the parking lot, kicked a vehicle and left the area. Officers arrived on scene shortly after the individual left and were unable to locate the individual or any witnesses.
