Officers observed a non-TU affiliate walking erratically in the West Park parking lot. The individual did not have a shirt on and appeared to be talking to themselves. Officers conducted a pedestrian check on the individual. The Communications Center checked the individual for prior contact and active warrants, both returned negative. The individual was trespass warned and escorted off the property. A contact card was created.
