Officers were dispatched to Norman Village Apartments in regards to a burglary from vehicle. Upon arrival, officers met with the victim who reported their locked vehicle had been rummaged through. The victim reported they last saw their vehicle on 30 MAY 2019 at approximately 1830 hours. Officers were unable to determine a suspect at the time. The victim declined to file a report with the Tulsa Police Department at this time.
