A resident of West Park Apartments came down to the northern bicycle rack to find their grey Novara bicycle had been stolen. The resident left the bicycle secure at 1930 hrs returned at approximately 2330 hrs to find the bicycle stolen from the rack. The Communication Center was able to locate video footage of the suspect. The suspect was wearing a dark colored cap, a long white t-shirt, jean shorts, black tennis shoes,carrying a backpack. There was a second individual who may have accompanied the suspect wearing a dark t-shirt with a large G, dark pants carrying what appeared to be a brown handbag.
