Officers were dispatched to 4th and Delaware in regards to a possible vehicle collision. Upon arrival, officers observed a single vehicle with significant damage to the front end. Officers made contact with the driver, believed the driver to be intoxicated, and contacted the Tulsa Police Department. TPD arrived on scene and issued the individual a citation, arrested them for an outstanding warrant, and transported them to the Tulsa County Jail.
