Officers were dispatched to Mayo Village Apartments in regards to an employee who witnessed a bicycle theft. The reporting party stated they witnessed two individuals in a red truck steal a bicycle rack with a bicycle attached. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspects at the time. A report was filed with the Tulsa Police Department.

Update:
17 May 2019, 12:00 p.m. – Tulsa Police were able to identify and cite the suspect for Petit Larceny at an off-campus residence. The stolen bicycle rack was returned to campus.
