Officers were dispatched to the 8th and Harvard Shuttle Lot in regards to a report of a road rage incident that happened off campus. The Tulsa Police responded to the incident prior to security officer’s arrival. The reporting party stated they were involved in an altercation with a TPD officer. The Tulsa Police Department was contacted again for the reporting party to file a complaint with TPD.
