Officers were dispatched to Mayo Village in regards to a noise complaint. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the resident of the apartment who was urinating in public and appeared to be having a party. The resident complied with officers and had all guests leave the apartment. The officers went into the apartment and cleared out any remaining guests.
