Officers were dispatched to the Physical Plant in reference to a found cell phone. Officers took possession of the cell phone and were able to determine an owner. The owner was contacted via e-mail. Officers attempted to return the phone to the owner at their residence and the owner was not present. Officers impounded the phone for safekeeping until the owner can retrieve it.
