Officers were dispatched to University Square West Apartments in regards to a report of larceny from a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers met with the victim who reported their driver’s rear rim and tire was missing from their vehicle. The rim and tire was last seen on the vehicle on 05 MAY 2019 at approximately 0200 hours. Officers were unable to determine a suspect. The victim declined to file a report with the Tulsa Police Department.
