The Communications Center received a call concerning public urination. Officers responded but did not find anyone in the act. Upon arrival officers were met by neighboring residents wanting to address the incident. While communicating with the reporting party, one of the residents admitted to having an unsanctioned party. The resident was asked to terminate the event and send those not residing in the dwelling home.
