While on routine patrol, an Officer observed an elderly individual sitting on the sidewalk near Case Athletic. The individual was wobbling and had a case of beer in his hands. The individual was a non-TU affiliate. The Communications Center checked the individual for prior contact and active warrants, both came back negative. The individual was trespass warned and escorted off property. A contact card was created.
