Officers were dispatched to West Park in reference to fraud. Officers made contact with the student who received a bounced check from a suspect who purchased the student’s item online. The student sent a partial amount of the money back to the suspect from their personal account. The student filed an online police report with the Tulsa Police Department while officers were present.
