Officers were dispatched to University Square West for a report of a stolen bicycle tire. The owner stated that the bicycle was secured to the rack by the owner’s apartment at approximately 2015 hours on 22 APR 2019. Officers checked security for footage of the theft and advised the owner to file a report with the Tulsa Police Department.
