Wile on routine patrol, an Officer conducted a traffic stop in the Student Union lot after observing a blue Ford Mustang run the stop sign at 5th Place and South Gary Avenue. The owner of the vehicle was a University of Tulsa student. The student admitted to being under the influence and divulged that there was marijuana in the vehicle. Officers impounded the marijuana and released the student to his residence.
