Officers detained a juvenile at 3rd & Evanston after they ran from officers during a pedestrian check at 8th & Tucker. Officers discovered a loaded handgun and a stolen GPS device in their backpack. The GPS device was reported stolen in Burglary – Auto report 0597-19. The juvenile was issued a trespass warning and arrested by Tulsa Police.
