Officers were at Quiktrip at 11th and College Avenue when they noticed a female University of Tulsa student being aggressively targeted by a panhandler at the gas pump. The individual was using physical and emotional intimidation in order to solicit money. Officers confronted the individual and told them to leave the area immediately or the Tulsa Police would be contacted. Officers stayed with the student until the belligerent individual left the area.
