Officers were flagged down by a student in University Square South Apartments who wanted to report a burglary from vehicle. Officers met with the victim who noticed items missing from their vehicle. The victim last saw their car on 21 APR 2019 at approximately 1700 hours. Officers were unable to determine a suspect. The victim denied to file a report with the Tulsa Police Department.
