Officers were dispatched to University Square South Apartments in regards to a report of a vehicle break in. Upon arrival, officers met with the victim who reported there were items missing from their vehicle. The victim last saw their car on 19 APR 2019 at approximately 1700 hours. Officers were unable to determine a suspect. The victim denied to file a report with the Tulsa Police Department.
