Officers were dispatched to University Square South Apartments in regards to a burglary from vehicle. Upon arrival, officers met with the victim who reported items were missing from their unlocked vehicle. The victim reported they last saw their vehicle on 21 APR 2019 at approximately 2230 hours. Officers were unable to determine a suspect at this time. The victim declined to file a report with the Tulsa Police Department.
