Officers on routine patrol observed two unknown individuals on bikes riding through the Norman Village apartments. The two individuals ran from officers and were stopped at the intersection of 4th and Florence ave. A previous contact and warrants check returned negative for contact and positive for one minor warrant for each individual. They were trespass warned and escorted off property. Contact cards were created.
