An officer noticed a suspicious person on the North-side sidewalk of sorority row. Officers made contact with the subject in Norman Village. Officers determined the subject was a University of Tulsa affiliate. The affiliate stated they lived nearby and were going for a run. No trespass warning was issued and no contact card was created.
