Officers observed a grand larceny at the Physical Plant. The 2 Non- TU Affiliate’s stole a trailer and drove off campus. Campus Security followed the suspects vehicle who wrecked at 8th Street and Harvard Avenue. Campus Security apprehended 1 of the suspects. Tulsa Police Department was contacted and took the suspect to jail.
