Officers conducted a pedestrian check on an individual sleeping inside the shuttle bus in the Mabee East parking lot. The individual was not affiliated with the University of Tulsa and were homeless. No prior contacts were on file, or current warrants in Tulsa County. The individual did have a prior conviction for not registering as a sex offender. Officers trespass warned the individual and explained the boundaries of campus. The individual did have some drug paraphernalia on their person that was impounded in property locker #4. The individual left campus without further incident.
