An officer witnessed a reckless driver. The driver failed to turn their vehicle lights on while traveling west down 8th Street to Tucker Drive. The officer attempted to signal to the driver to turn their vehicle lights on. The driver failed to do so and then preceded to run the stop sign at 8th and Tucker Drive. The officer was able stop the vehicle and cited the driver with reckless driving.
