Officers were dispatched to the Keplinger Shuttle Lot in reference to a vehicle window that was broken. Officers determined the vehicle had been burglarized between 01 APR 2019 at approximately 0730 and 02 APR 2019 at approximately 0850. Officers were unable to determine a suspect at this time. The victim was requested to file a report with the Tulsa Police Department.
