A University of Tulsa Campus Security Officer made contact with a TU student just north of the Case Athletic building, on 8th Street. The student was parked in a no parking zone but refused to move their vehicle. The student refused to give the officer their student ID and went into the Case Athletic building. The officer got the vehicle tag information and left without further incident.
