While on routine patrol University of Tulsa campus Security Officers observed an individual wandering in the parking lots of the University Square South and Norman Village Apartments. Officers made contact with the individual and their spouse, who explained that the individual was a student looking for a dumpster. The student and their spouse confirmed that there was no cause for concern and returned to their apartment.
