University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to the West Park Apartments in regards to a dumpster diver. Officers spoke with the individual and determined they were not a university affiliate. A warrant and prior contact check returned negative. The individual was trespass warned and escorted off property without incident. A contact card was created
