University of Tulsa Security Officers were on routine patrol and noticed a vehicle with it’s lights on. Officers went to make contact with the owner of the vehicle at their residence and noticed a strong smell of marijuana. Officers made contact with the residents and searched the apartment. Officers impounded a small amount of marijuana and contraband.
