While on routine patrol University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on South Harvard Avenue. The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle once it had turned onto University of Tulsa (TU) Property. The driver was a TU student and did not have a drivers license. The student was issued a student misconduct for driving without a license.
