University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to Bayless Plaza to investigate a possible intoxicated and unresponsive individual. Officers arrived to an intoxicated underage University Of Tulsa student passed out on the bricks in front of the Bayless Plaza bell. Tulsa Fire Department (TFD) and Emergency Medical Service Authority (EMSA) arrived on scene to evaluate the student. The student was transfer to a Medical center for further evaluation.
