University of Tulsa campus Security Officers were dispatched to Brown Village to conduct a welfare check. The Communication Center had received a report of yelling and loud noises coming from an apartment. Upon arrival, officers did not hear any sounds from the apartment. Officers made contact with the residents, and did not observe any visible signs of an altercation. Both individuals were calm, cooperative, with no signs of distress. Officers spoke with both parties and did a walk-through of the apartment.
