University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to retrieve found property at Oliphant Hall. Upon arrival Officers took possession of a cellphone that was found in Oliphant Hall. The owner’s information was available on the device. The owner later came to the Campus Security office and retrieved their property.
