While on routine patrol University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were flagged down a TU Affiliate in the College North Parking lot who stated that while attempted to park they hit a parked car. The vehicle that was hit was not registered with the university so the individual left information on the vehicle for insurance claim purposes.
