University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to the ACSU lot on report of a minor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers were unable to locate the offending vehicle(s). Officers observed the damage to the non-offending vehicles and made contact with one of the owners. The owner did not wish to file a report, but agreed to complete a witness statement.
