University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to Brown Village Apartments for a noise complaint. Officers attempted to locate the source of the noise; however, any music was not audible over the sound from Harvard Avenue traffic. Officers made contact with the reporting party who advised the music had stopped.
