University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers were dispatched to Mayo Village Apartments in regards to a noise complaint. Upon arrival, Officers were able to locate noise coming from an apartment. Officers made contact with the resident, issued a housing contact card, and explained the rules and regulations of the University of Tulsa.
