While on routine patrol University of Tulsa Campus Security Officers observed a individual that was crossing the Multi-Purpose Field that was yelling and going through the trash can. Officers made contact with the individual and discovered that they were not affiliated with the university. Tulsa Police Department was called and they did a information report on the individual. The individual then left the property with out further incident.
